It’s not up for debate. Japanese eyeliner are THE best in world.

In Japan, you are completely spoilt for choice when it comes to eyeliner. Be it pencil or liquid, there are just so many amazing ones. I know it sounds like I’m gushing (and I guess I am) but once you try then Japanese brand eyeliner other will seem rather inadequate.

There are so many to tell you about that decided to split this post into two parts. This week covers eye pencils and next week will cover liquid liners.
